Saleh brings a background in public relations, marketing communications, digital marketing and stakeholder engagement, with experience across marketing campaigns, customer service, event coordination and business development. He has supported organisations in building customer relationships, brand awareness and engagement.
As Founder of Cadremy, Saleh is focused on creating pathways that support skills development, career progression and Saudi workforce.
Paul Addis
CEO of Bidaya Future Skills
Paul brings over 18 years’ experience in education leadership, regulated learning, quality assurance, employer-led training and workforce transformation. As an Ofsted Inspector, he also brings strong expertise in education standards, compliance and continuous improvement.
As CEO of Bidaya Future Skills, Paul works with organisations to strengthen leadership capability, build future-ready workforces and respond confidently to AI-driven change.
